At RAIR, our focus is on building and fostering long-term relationships with our clients. Our desire is to serve. We provide customized levels of service designed to elevate your experience and ensure that your equipment is operating at optimal levels which reduces energy consumption, extends longevity and maintains a level of comfort for you.


Unlike most of our competitors we have narrowed our focus to taking care of clients with existing equipment or overall system needs. We maintain, repair, replace & when needed redesign residential and commercial heating & air conditioning systems & their associated components. We are proud members of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America. We are also a PEARL Certified installation company. We continue training throughout each year & take every step possible to ensure that our team is best prepared to take care of our clients.
